Four Hornets make Puget Sound Polo JO Teams

Four members of the Enumclaw High School Girls Water Polo Team were invited to join Puget Sound Polo's Junior Olympic Team this summer. Eight Hornets, along with dozens of athletes from around the area, took part in an open try out for the club, held on Saturday, May 2 at Curtis High School.

Enumclaw athletes Erin Stucker and Ali Ballard were invited to join Puget Sound Polo's 16 and under team, and Hornets Lindsay Bowden and Kaitlym Korsch were invited to PSP's 18 and under team. Stucker, Bowden, and Korsch all took part in Junior Olympics last summer; this is Ballard's first invitation to the club.

Puget Sound Polo teams will compete around the Northwest this summer, in preparation for the Junior Olympic tournament, held July 29 through August 2 in Palo Alto, California.
