The Trojans outscored Enumclaw in the second period, for an 8-5 lead at halftime, and the two teams played even in the third quarter, for a 10-7 Auburn advantage.

Enumclaw came to life in the fourth quarter, starting with a Bennon VanHoof goal less than a minute into the final period. Shane Jackson and Logan Ross each scored midway through the fourth quarter, to tie the game at 10-10, and VanHoof scored on a power play with 2:39 left in the game, to give the Hornets an 11-10 edge.

The Trojans tied the game withe 1:17 left, and scored again after an ordinary foul with 40 seconds left, while holding the Hornets scoreless for the final two minutes.

The Hornets play four games during the next week – at Wilson on Tuesday, Riverside on Wednesday, Curtis on Thursday, and at Rogers on Saturday morning.
